Voici où en est vraiment le dossier.","en":"If you plan to line up GTA 6 next to your yellowed PS2 cases, hang on tight, because the physical edition saga is quite the ride. In late June, the opening of preorders for the most anticipated game of the decade, due November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series, revealed a detail that lit the fuse: the 'physical' version sold in stores contains no disc at all. Since then, between a credible leak, an ambiguous support email and an official denial, physical media fans have been through every emotion. This is the only fully official part: at launch, the GTA 6 physical edition is a box containing a one-time download code, to be redeemed on PlayStation Network or the Xbox Store. Count on 80 dollars for the standard edition and 100 for the Ultimate. The pill is hard to swallow for collectors, who see it as a worrying precedent for the future of boxed games, and for everyone who counts on reselling or lending their copies. Deux signaux convergents, l'affaire semblait pliée.","en":"On June 25, Polish outlet PPE.pl, fed by leaker Graczdari, a regular of European retail distribution systems, claimed that a real disc version would arrive in December 2026, about a month after release. The man has a serious track record: he called the physical releases of Oblivion Remastered and the Switch 2 port of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. Take-Two, la maison mère de Rockstar, a démenti dans la foulée tout projet de version disque différée.","en":"Except no. On June 27, The Hollywood Reporter poured cold water on the excitement: according to a source close to the matter, the support email is genuine but very poorly worded.
